Return Form

You may return the product (s) you purchased within 14 days of the date you received it. You have the right to request a refund of the product you received for the following cases:

You have a defective product.
We sent you a different product than what you ordered.

In this case, the product should not be unopened, unused, with all the labels and stickers of the manufacturer.

You don't like the product you bought and want to change it with someone else.

In all cases you will be charged the shipping cost of the product (s) by the courier company and it is at your own risk. To return part or all of your order please fill out the form. Alternatively download the form, print it out and mail it to our store address.
